BUT! Today is a new day. I WILL RUN. I WILL SHRED. I WILL NOT MAKE BAD CHOICES! Now that I've shared that, there's some accountability. I also find, for me....by putting off my daily workouts, then my mind begins to cheat on it. I start to think about watching a movie, or, taking a nap *gasp* or, finding a workout on Netflix when we don't even have it! *ahem*
How are you taking care of your goals today? We'd love to hear what you're doing to 'sweat'!
and I *did* both a 5 mile run and workout #2 of the 30 Day Shred. Holla!
ReplyDeleteWe all have those days. The important thing is brushing yourself off and getting back out there--which you did!
ReplyDeleteUgh! I remember days like that. I guess the one good thing about getting old is those days are few and far between. Anyway, isn't it awesome that you owned up to it - next time you're tempted by fast food, you'll remember how not worth it it was. Besides a healthier life style means real life not necessarily unending perfection. I think it's okay to fall off the wagon as long as you get right back on.
