Did you sweat today?  I ran today...I noticed I was almost to the half mile mark when I was already breaking a sweat.  How awesome is that?  So, that took me...about 5-6 minutes to begin sweating.  Sweating means your moving and moving means you're DOING SOMETHING!  What did you do today to get that sweat drippin'?


  1. I walked! I only walk a mile a day - increasing a tiny, tiny bit everyday. But near the end I start to sweat a little bit and that always makes me happy.

  2. Yes! It makes a difference when we sweat, it means are heart rates are increasing to a calorie burning state! Way to go, Mama!
